Windows blue screen or Crase due to CrowdStrike endpoint patch mistake, worked from 12:30 PM IST till 12:00 AM IST, issue fixed by replacing the root volume or boot in safe mode and delete the 

C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike directory

Locate the file matching “C-00000291*.sys”, and delete it.

Boot the host normally.

Actions, Monitor and troubleshoot, Replace root volume.


How to replace:

or use Amazon backup to do the same but that more complicated and Administrator work. need to do more pre and post check.




Abhilash worked on Oauth issue that Oauth not listing state which created big issue, after investigation

found that recent integration of Datadog monitoring agent also using same port as Ouath after the reload of instance Datadog agent took the port 5000 before Ouath so issue occurred. how we fixed we can not change the port for Oauth service because it is mapped in multiple service/servers 

so, we temporally disabled Datadog agent and later worked with Datadog support team and Datadog advised us to set any random port by edit the Datadog agent Config file which fixed the issue permanently
